TERMS & CONDITION FOR NAV PAINTING AND MAINTENANCE
By using Nav Painting and Maintenance services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
We provide painting, maintenance, and restoration services in Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, and Ipswich. Service availability is subject to scheduling.
2. Estimates & Payments
Estimates are free and based on the scope of work.
Prices may change based on material costs and additional work.
Payments must be made as per agreed terms. Late payments may incur penalties.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation requests should be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
Refunds are only applicable for work not started or in cases of service failure.
4. Liability & Warranty
We ensure high-quality workmanship but are not liable for pre-existing damage or third-party actions.
Workmanship is covered under a limited warranty period (as specified in the contract).
5. Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate property details for estimates.
Ensure access to the worksite on the scheduled day.
Inform us of any hazards or structural issues beforehand.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Australian consumer laws. Disputes will be resolved in courts within Queensland, Australia.
